Accepted Insurance Plans

 I currently accept some insurance plans, including Optum EAP and out of pocket. At this time, I do not accept Medicaid plans. 

 

Session Length: 45-60 minutes

Out of Pocket rate- $115-$150 

No Show/Late Cancellation Fee- Total cost of a session ($115-150)

*Cancellation Policy- Notification of cancellations must be provided 24-48 hours prior to the session.
